I have to turn my air conditioner off in order to record stuff for my flash because it makes too much noise and I don't want any of that interference but it's a pain.

logitech. I just got cool edit pro too but I'll be damned if I know how to use it. I get complaints about audio a lot lately. haha.

Little over $200. It's well worth it though. I like clear recordings. I should really try to make some flash skits with it.
