[Jump For Coins 3D]

cool game

Kinda boring... but I liked how you gave it that 3D feel for every time you move like that. Graphics could have been better... music choice could have been better also. Not bad though, you definitely worked hard on this.

it's an okay game

You interact with the environment.... but yea it's kind of tough to know exactly what to do. Graphics looked good. great use of background music. good use of spider-man.

[Iron Mike's Punchout]

really cool game.

This is the super punch out one.... you should make the one for the NES. That one was a classic. But this came out pretty good. nice job.

[OOP Platformer Tutorial]

excellent tutorial

but one thing I really would like to know... is how do you code bad guys... how do you make them move toward the person you control? And how do you enable all this stuff to work and have the screen scroll at the same time??? hmm... but yea. nice tutorial. I'm definitely going to look at this again.

I'm actually going to be coming out with an AS3 re-hash of this tutorial plus the things you're asking about and more. The scrolling is actually a really easy one though. You simply make the background graphic into its own movie clip, give it an instance name, and tell it to move in the opposite direction the character clip moves. Then you just encase that movement in an if condition that controls when it stops moving as the character approaches the edge of the level on either side.

I got to the last level... last level was really challenging. Very well put together game. It really got addictive. I liked how you had to focus on bad guys in the air and as well as in the ocean simultaneously. Very well put together.

[Starfox the Flash Version]

I thought this was pretty cool

I liked this game. I think many people expected this to be completely 3 dimensional just because it's star fox. 3D isn't easy to do.... but yea.. I thought this was a decent game. It looks like a lot of hard work was involved. Some of the graphics could have looked better... but detailed graphics can cause lag in a game. Nice game!

[Pico Blast]

This game is awesome!

I really liked this game. Platform games are a ton of fun. Man I wished I knew how to do something like this. Anyway, it was an instant classic. You are the man Luis!
